本生產(chǎn)線位于河南許昌禹州市萇莊鎮(zhèn)，主要用于破碎水泥生產(chǎn)線剝離的礦山廢石，生產(chǎn)高質(zhì)量機制砂及多種規(guī)格碎石。整線采用現(xiàn)代化干法無塵生產(chǎn)工藝，配備HPT300多缸液壓圓錐破、VSI1140制砂機等先進設備，實現(xiàn)好的、節(jié)能、環(huán)保運行。
一、生產(chǎn)線工藝流程（優(yōu)化版）
1. 原料預處理階段
原料（0-800mm石灰石）經(jīng)皮帶輸送機送入一級振動篩（3YK3070），預先篩分出≤40mm的物料直接進入半成品料倉，≥40mm的大塊物料進入緩沖料倉，隨后進入圓錐破破碎系統(tǒng)。
2. 中細碎破碎階段
**HPT300多缸液壓圓錐破（3臺）**負責核心破碎任務，每臺配置獨立振動篩（3YK3070），形成閉路循環(huán)，破碎效率高達800t/h。
